PRIMOPIANO - SOLFERINO, Milan

The location puts guests within walking distance of La Scala (10 minutes) and many main attractions, with a metro station very close by for further exploration. The surrounding streets offer numerous restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket across the street, making self-catering or eating out easy. Milan Linate Airport is 9 km away; the nearby metro simplifies airport connections. The apartment is on a quiet street, yet central enough for all visits. Its excellent walkability means a car is not needed, and the lack of parking confirms this. The area has an Italian feel with an old tenement atmosphere, adding to the stay's character.

The living room includes a seating area with a flat-screen TV and city views, while the separate bedroom provides a comfortable double bed. The sofa bed in the living room creates sleeping space for up to three guests, as confirmed by the unit's total of 3 beds. Both bathrooms are a definite plus for group privacy and convenience, with one having a shower and the other a bath. The fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils allows for meal preparation. Parquet floors, heating, a washing machine, and a tea and coffee maker are standard. The apartment is described as spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a quiet and clean environment. A work desk is available if needed. The lack of a drying rack for laundry after using the washing machine means planning to use chairs or similar furniture for drying.

The apartment does not feature a pool, spa, or gym. However, the location in the Brera district is perfect for walking to cultural sites such as Brera Art Gallery and Sforzesco Castle, and the area is full of shops, cafés, and restaurants for casual leisure. The nearby metro provides easy access to the rest of Milan, including its parks and entertainment venues, allowing guests to enjoy the city's leisure offerings without needing hotel facilities.

The property provides free, reliable Wi-Fi in all areas. A private check-in/check-out system with clear instructions ensures a smooth arrival independent of a front desk, though reception staff are available for assistance and speak English and Italian. A lift serves the building, making access easier. The apartment itself includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, and free toiletries in both bathrooms. Security features include fire extinguishers and key access. No parking, no pets, and no daily housekeeping are provided; guests are expected to take care of their own cleaning during the stay. The self-check-in process is well-regarded for its clarity and speed.
