The dorm rooms are heated but not air-conditioned (fans are provided). Lockers are available in each room - bring your own padlock or buy one at reception. The rooms are basic, without curtains on bunks, and the door slams loudly, which can disturb light sleepers. Bedside power sockets and USB ports are provided. The lack of a common area or kitchen means social interaction is minimal.

The White Ferry pub operates 24 hours, offering a range of meals from the award-winning kitchen. Burger Craft (open 09:00-22:00 daily) serves American and British cuisine, including vegetarian and vegan options, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Breakfast is available for an additional 11 GBP, starting at 09:00, with choices like a Full English, vegetarian, or vegan option. A 10 GBP deal for a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink is available.
