ZEDWELL HOTEL KNIGHTSBRIDGE, London

The hotel is situated on a busy Knightsbridge road, directly opposite the tube station (Piccadilly line), providing fast links to the West End, Heathrow, and central London. Harrods is 3 minutes away on foot, Victoria and Albert Museum 1 km, Royal Albert Hall 1 km, and Buckingham Palace 2 km. Hyde Park is immediately adjacent, and London City Airport is 17 km. Numerous restaurants are within 0.5 km. The excellent central location makes the hotel ideal for sightseeing and shopping without needing a car. Road-facing rooms can experience noise from sirens and buses, so rooms away from the road are advisable for light sleepers.

The hotel offers single and double rooms. Each room is approximately 8 m² with a walk-in rain shower, private toilet, free toiletries, air conditioning, and soundproofing - but no window, TV, tea/coffee facilities, wardrobe, desk, chair, or bedside table. Under-bed niches can fit suitcases, but there is no surface for personal items. The bed is comfortable, but space is extremely limited, making it impractical for two people. Noise suppression is effective, though some rooms on low floors can hear street noise. Rooms have a motion-activated light under the bed that may turn on during the night. Sinks are very small (like an aeroplane sink), making washing difficult. No hairdryer is provided (available to borrow). The design is minimalist and modern, with an oak-lined wood effect and white walls. These rooms suit solo travellers on short stays who need only a bed and shower.
