Accommodation includes single, double, twin and suite options, all with private bathrooms featuring a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Rooms range in size; family rooms are particularly compact, with space for a sofa bed. Each room has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle and wardrobe. Some rooms feature a balcony. The building has no lift, and stairs can be steep. Road-facing rooms can experience noise, while quiet street view rooms reduce disturbance. Bedding and towels are clean, but housekeeping is provided only on request.

PP Cafe is a family-friendly restaurant offering a relaxed ambience. It serves Malaysian, local and Asian dishes, with halal and vegetarian choices available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available daily from 06:30 to 22:00 (renovation may affect opening times; check in advance).
