QUADRAVERDE, Lyon

The property lies 3 km from Lyon Perrache Train Station, 4 km from the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, and a 15-minute drive from Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, Place Bellecour, and the Musée des Confluences. La Part-Dieu Business District and Part-Dieu Train Station are 10 km away, and the A6 motorway is a 5-minute drive - ideal for transit travellers. A bus stop with line C21 is around 10 minutes on foot, providing connections into the city centre and to metro interchanges, while shops and supermarkets are within about 10 minutes' walk. The location suits guests who have a car or are prepared for bus commuting; central Lyon is about a 45-minute public transport journey. The area is quiet and green, with several dining options nearby.

Room types include studios and one-bedroom apartments, each with a private entrance, a separate living area, and either a living area with a bed or a separate bedroom (the unit offers 1 bed). All units feature a walk-in shower or bath, hairdryer, and free toiletries, plus a kitchenette with a microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee/tea/cappuccino pods. Air conditioning and soundproofing are included; heating is provided via an AC unit (no separate heating). Rooms are wheelchair accessible with lower sinks, roll-in showers, and grab rails. Some rooms face an interior area with less pleasant views, and a few have been described as basic or dated. Beds are generally spacious and comfortable, and room sizes are good for short stays. No balconies are available.

Breakfast options are not offered by the property, so all meals are self-prepared or found locally. The kitchenette includes a microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, and basic cookware, allowing guests to cook and eat in. A hot beverage vending machine in the lobby is available for coffee and tea needs. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk, and the central dining scene is reachable by bus. The practical setup suits guests who prefer self-catering, and the location means good access to nearby eateries without relying on a hotel restaurant.

Leisure options are limited to the shared terrace and outdoor areas with garden views. The quiet, green environment provides a calm backdrop for resting outdoors, but there are no wellness facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre. For those staying longer, the self-catering setup and large, comfortable bed may substitute for traditional leisure amenities. The property's location is suitable for exploring Lyon's cultural attractions by car or bus.
