All rooms are non-smoking and feature a work desk, seating area, and in-room tea and coffee facilities. The property operates as a no-frills, economy hotel. Room size tends to be compact, and some furnishings show signs of age. Light sleepers may find rooms facing other areas or upstairs noise noticeable, as sound carries between floors. The air conditioning unit can be noisy, and rooms may not be pre-cooled before arrival in summer. Some bathrooms have reported issues with water pressure, loose fixtures, and cleanliness. Requesting a room check at arrival helps confirm the condition meets expectations. For groups, suites offer additional space. Pets are allowed in designated rooms (charges apply).

Breakfast is a self-serve continental-style affair, focusing primarily on carbohydrate items such as breads, pastries, and cereal. Hot options are limited to self-made waffles. The breakfast area can sometimes run low on items such as eggs, donuts, or waffle batter, and the 09:00 cutoff is strictly observed. For a more varied meal, there are several nearby restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including PDK Southern Kitchen & Pantry and Bar Louie. Guests who prefer to have dinner and snacks in their room can bring their own food, as the room includes a refrigerator and microwave.

The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally and offers a place to cool off during summer. The pool area is set within the property grounds. While it provides a leisure option on site, its condition may vary; it is a basic seasonal amenity rather than a resort-style feature.
