HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES KNOXVILLE BY IHG, Knoxville

Accommodation includes double rooms with one or two beds, plus suites with two beds and a separate living area. All rooms have private bathrooms with a bath or shower, free toiletries, air conditioning, carpeted flooring, and heating. Each room comes with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, microwave, and small refrigerator. Many reports highlight very comfortable beds, though some suites have very soft mattresses and squeaky bed frames. Rooms facing the highway or on the first floor may experience more noise; upper floors away from the road are quieter. Some units are compact for the price. Accessible rooms with roll-in showers are available. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Wellness facilities include a fitness centre with basic cardio equipment, available at no charge to guests. A saltwater swimming pool is open seasonally; it is heated and generally well-maintained, though occasional cleanliness issues have been reported. The pool area is surrounded by loungers. There is no spa or sauna on site.

Guests have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Parking is free on-site with no reservation needed - the lot is well-lit and close to entrances. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/check-out. Additional services include a business centre (for a fee), laundry facilities (fee), and fax/photocopying (fee). A lift serves all floors. The property is accessible for disabled guests. Vending machines with drinks are available. Housekeeping is provided daily. Pets are not allowed.
