QUARTIER LATIN 3 APARTMENTS AIR-CONDITIONING, Paris

The apartments are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a compact layout that suits short stays. Options include a studio with a mezzanine sleeping area (no separate bedroom) and a larger two-story duplex with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, plus two full bathrooms. All units have soundproof walls, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen or kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. Ground-floor apartments open to an inner courtyard and are accessible without stairs. Some rooms offer a quiet street view; none have a balcony. The beds are comfortable, and the accommodation is suitable for up to 5 people, though the smaller units are best for couples or solo travellers.

Each apartment includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker, allowing self-catering for meals and snacks. A supermarket is located across the road, and a bakery is on the corner for fresh bread and pastries in the morning. Wine or champagne can be ordered for an additional charge to stock the apartment.

The apartments offer a quiet, comfortable environment for relaxation, but no on-site leisure facilities are available. The Latin Quarter itself provides excellent walking routes to Luxembourg Gardens, the Jardin des Plantes, and other parks.

The property offers free WiFi in all areas. A luggage storage room is available in the building, useful for storing bags before check-in (15:00) or after check-out (10:00). The self-check-in system uses codes provided before arrival, making late arrivals straightforward. No shuttle service or airport transfer is offered. The building has key access and smoke alarms for security. A welcome drink is provided on arrival. Housekeeping and cleaning are not included during the stay; check-out is at 10:00 to allow for cleaning between bookings.
