The area has walking trails and a shopping centre for any needed supplies. GPS navigation can be unreliable; after turning into the shopping centre, take the left behind it to reach the property.

Rooms feature tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and carpeted floors. King and suite options are available, some with a two-person whirlpool tub. The property has three buildings; one is demolished, leaving two. Non-smoking and pet-friendly buildings are separated. However, the property is aged: some carpets, furniture, and linens are worn; hallways may smell of smoke; and Wi-Fi signal strength varies by building.
