By car, the A94 motorway is adjacent, making the hotel an easy base for driving. The Riem Arcaden shopping mall is also a few minutes away. However, the immediate neighbourhood consists largely of office buildings and industrial units; there are very few restaurants, bars or shops within walking distance, and the area has a notable concentration of adult entertainment clubs. The route to the metro passes through this section, which feels less safe after dark. A taxi from Munich Airport takes about 30 minutes.

Rooms are contemporary and clean, with a separate toilet and walk-in shower area that makes getting ready easier.
