Rambla 102 offers a choice of bright, modern Lofts and Suites. Lofts are open-plan single spaces with a king-size bed, double sofa bed, and a balcony; some have partial or full views of La Rambla or Barcelona Cathedral. Suites are 50 m2 with a separate double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and two balconies. All units have air conditioning, heating, soundproofed windows, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, free toiletries, hairdryer, and a washer-dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the double bed can be split into two singles on request. Rooms facing the street or lower floors can experience noise from La Rambla and occasional metro vibrations; units on higher floors or facing the interior are notably quieter. Some apartments are described as cosy and basic, better suited for travellers who prioritise location and practicality over luxury finishes.

Each apartment has a modern open-plan kitchen complete with dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A mini-market is located in the building for grocery essentials. The market opposite has fresh produce for self-catering. No breakfast service is offered on site, but the location puts you steps away from bars and cafés serving morning coffee and pastries.

No other on-site leisure facilities such as a gym, pool, or spa are available; the central location, however, puts guests directly in Barcelona's entertainment and cultural hub, with the Liceu Opera House, Palau Güell, and the Gothic Quarter just moments away.
