Hotel Details

Location

Nestled in the Gothic Quarter, the apartment is 100 metres from Las Ramblas and a 5-minute walk to Plaça de Catalunya.

The property is perfectly placed for exploring the city centre: Liceu metro station is 300 metres away, the Cathedral is reachable in 5 minutes on foot, and Plaça Reial is 400 metres from the door. The Boqueria Market is just 200 metres away for fresh produce, and the area is surrounded by bars, tapas restaurants, and traditional Spanish 'granjas'. A Carrefour Market is also a few minutes' walk, making it easy to stock the kitchen. The beach is 2 km away and can be reached by walking or a short metro/tram ride. The location scores highly for walkability, though the narrow alleys can make taxi access difficult for the final approach.

Dining

There is no on-site restaurant, but the apartment is surrounded by a wide range of bars, restaurants, and traditional Spanish eateries.

Guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and fresh produce is available at La Boqueria Market just 200 metres away. For eating out, numerous restaurants and bars are within a 2-minute walk, including Les Quinze Nits (0.5 km), IRATI Taverna Basca (0.5 km), and Bar Lobo (0.5 km). Cafés and bakeries are also very close, providing breakfast and brunch options. Breakfast is not included in the price, and no breakfast service is available on site.

Wellness and Leisure

No on-site spa, gym, or pool facilities are available at this property.

The hotel does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. For active leisure, the nearest beach is 2 km away, accessible on foot or by public transport. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for walking tours, and the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art is a 7-minute walk from the apartments.

Facilities and Services

Free WiFi, a lift, luggage storage, and airport transfer service (EUR 75 for up to 6 people) are available.

WiFi is free throughout the property. The building has a lift, and cots/baby beds can be provided upon request. Baggage storage is available at the office (Passatge Sert 1) before check-in and after check-out at no extra charge, with the office open until 21:00 daily. An airport transfer service can be arranged for EUR 75 for a group of up to 6 people. No reception is on site at the apartments, but the management company is reachable via the digital app or emergency phone line. Housekeeping during the stay is not standard, and no daily cleaning is provided. The only payment accepted is via credit/debit card through the booking platform; no cash is handled on site.
