Barberini Metro station (line A) is a 4-minute walk, providing easy connections to Termini station and the rest of the city. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. The surrounding streets are lined with excellent restaurants and cafés within 0.5 km, including Colline Emiliane and Hosteria Romana. The area is lively yet the internal courtyard offers a quiet retreat. The excellent walkability means a car is unnecessary for sightseeing.

All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Some quadruple rooms feature a shower cubicle directly opposite the bed - this layout is confirmed as private but may feel unusual. Rooms are soundproofed and equipped with a work desk, sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a wardrobe. Certain quadruple rooms offer garden views, others city views. There are no balconies. The lift provides access to all rooms on the 1st floor. While daily cleaning keeps rooms tidy, some rooms show signs of wear such as stained walls or worn fixtures. For the best sleep quality, request a courtyard-facing room to minimise street noise. The rooms are practical for families, with options accommodating up to 5 people.

Trevi Portrait does not operate its own restaurant or bar. A paid breakfast can be enjoyed at Concept Terrace, a short walk from the property, providing a solid start to the day. For lunch and dinner, numerous restaurants are within a 0.3-0.5 km radius, serving Italian and Roman cuisine. A mini-market on site stocks snacks, drinks, and essentials for in-room convenience. The lack of an on-site restaurant is offset by the abundance of dining options in the immediate neighbourhood.

Trevi Portrait does not have wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or gym. For leisure, an ice-skating rink is located in the vicinity, available seasonally. The property's charming internal courtyard provides a quiet outdoor space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The surrounding area offers countless cultural attractions and walking routes, making the hotel itself a practical base rather than a destination for in-house leisure.

Check-in is handled remotely via WhatsApp, with keys collected from a reception located 200 metres from the rooms. Luggage storage is free and convenient for early arrivals or late departures.
