The hostel sits on the 5th floor of Fahrenheit 88 mall, putting you right at the heart of Kuala Lumpur's prime shopping and dining district. Pavilion KL, Berjaya Times Square, and Petronas Twin Towers are all within a short walk. Bukit Bintang Monorail station is a few minutes on foot, connecting you to KL Sentral and the airport rail link. The surrounding streets have a wide variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and night markets. The mall itself closes at 10 PM, so after that you enter via the side entrance. Parking is public and paid per hour under the mall rate, making it more practical for car-free stays or for some to use public transport.

The hostel offers double rooms, family rooms, and dormitory-style capsule beds. All units have air conditioning, parquet floors, and shared bathrooms with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Premium pods are single beds with a locker underneath, while standard pods are bunk beds. Some premium pods are near windows and can be requested. The shared bathrooms are separated by gender and include spacious shower areas, toilets, and changing rooms with hair dryers and straighteners. Noise can be heard from the lounge area and hallway, particularly near Room A; pods have roller blinds that are not fully opaque when lit from inside. The property also provides a shoe locker area where outdoor shoes are exchanged for hostel slippers.

Breakfast includes items such as bread, croissants, noodles, fried eggs, roti canai, nasi lemak, and fresh coffee and tea. The selection is simple but filling, with vegetarian and vegan-friendly items available. Hot dishes like eggs and juice may run out towards the end of the service time, so arriving earlier gives you the best choice. The breakfast area is near the pool and shared lounge, and you wash your own dishes after use. A wide range of cafes and restaurants - including The Loaf, Quivo, Greyhound Cafe, and Marutama Ramen - are within a 5-minute walk, offering plenty of alternatives for lunch or dinner.

The outdoor swimming pool is a highlight, offering a scenic spot to relax with views of the Bukit Bintang skyline. Sun loungers are not available, but there are seating areas around the pool. The shared lounge has a TV, arcade machine, and a small library, making it a quiet space for downtime. Note that this is not a social hostel; the atmosphere is calm and suited to solo travellers or those wanting a relaxed, non-party environment.

The hostel has a 24-hour front desk with concierge service and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after checkout until 2 PM, with a RM 5 per hour fee thereafter.
