The hostel sits in a lively area of Kuala Lumpur's entertainment and shopping district. Bukit Bintang monorail station is 5-10 minutes away on foot, providing direct connections to KL Sentral and other parts of the city. Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion KL, and Lot 10 are within a 10-minute walk. The surrounding streets have numerous Chinese restaurants, a food court, and a 7-Eleven. The street itself can feel seedy and is dirty with trash, particularly at night, but the hostel entrance is secure with key-card access.

Rooms are available in 4, 6, 8, and 10-bed configurations, including a female-only dorm. Each bed has a privacy curtain, reading light, power socket, and a lockable overhead locker large enough for a backpack. The dorms are compact; space for luggage on the floor is very limited. The air conditioning is effective but cannot be adjusted by the occupant, and in some rooms it runs very cold. The shared bathrooms and toilets are cleaned daily but can accumulate dirt and have a lingering unpleasant smell. The shower floors are poorly designed, allowing water to pool and attract mosquitoes. The whole building can have a musty odour due to humidity and bare concrete walls. Bedding consists of a thin blanket and a flat, soft pillow that offers little support. The hostel allows shoe removal at the entrance, which can lead to a smell of shoes in the common area.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable throughout the property. The shared kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and basic cookware, though there is no stove for full cooking. Free coffee and tea are available at the reception area. The laundry service costs around 20 MYR per basket and returns items the same day, either folded or hang-dried on request. The rooftop terrace has seating and a hammock. The property has 24-hour CCTV, key-card access to the building and dorm rooms, and lockable lockers above each bed. The shared lounge has a TV but is not designed for socialising, with limited seating and natural light. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00.

There is no breakfast provided, and no restaurant or bar on site. Guests can use the shared kitchen to prepare simple meals using the microwave and fridge. The immediate area offers a food court with cheap local dishes and Chinese restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk, including options like Lot 10 Hutong and several bak kut teh shops. The Bukit Bintang area has many international restaurants, food stalls, and 24-hour convenience stores. The property does not have a dining room or a café.
