RELSTAY - NAVIGLI - 1BR, Milan

This apartment sits in Milan's top-rated Navigli district, centred around the Darsena canal basin, a 6-minute walk away. It is 2 km from MUDEC, 2 km from both Palazzo Reale and San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore, and well-connected by tram and metro (tram stop within 4 minutes, metro within 7 minutes). The area is lively with bars, restaurants, and a Carrefour Express supermarket two blocks away, yet the apartment itself remains quiet, even with the window open. Despite the active nightlife nearby, the property maintains a calm atmosphere.

The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom with a hairdryer, and a well-fitted kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, tea and coffee maker, and a washing machine. It also includes a drying rack for laundry, an iron, and two air conditioning units (one in each main room, crucial during Milan's hot summers). The living/sleeping area has a comfortable mattress, sliding doors to divide the bedroom from the living/kitchen area, and the bathroom is modern and clean. The hot water tank requires about 30 minutes to recover between showers, so plan showers accordingly. The unit is on the first floor of a charming old building with a lift, and it is both quiet and bright.

The kitchen is stocked with all necessities, including a dishwasher and oven, making it easy to prepare meals. For eating out, the apartment is in the heart of Navigli's restaurant and bar zone, with numerous dining options within 0.3 to 0.5 km, including Panbriaco, Trattoria Milanese, and Burgerama. A Carrefour Express supermarket is two blocks away, ideal for buying groceries.

The apartment offers free WiFi throughout, air conditioning, a lift to the first floor, a hairdryer, and a washing machine with detergent provided. No parking is available on site. Pets are not allowed. The building is non-smoking throughout. An invoice is provided for reception services, and communication with the host is quick and easy.
