The apartment is located on Avenida San Juan de la Salle, around 3 km (20-30 minutes on foot) from the Cathedral and the old town. Bus lines, especially bus 12, stop right outside the building and connect to the centre in about 10-15 minutes. Taxis cost approximately €20-25 each way. The area is safe and well served by shops - a supermarket is within 20 metres - and several dining options such as Bar Cine Pio XII and Amazonia are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment overlooks the street, letting in plenty of natural light.

Each apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, plus a living area with a sofa and smart TV (Netflix/Prime available if you have an account). The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and very well lit through large windows. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the heating works effectively. A balcony or terrace is available in some units, and the apartment includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee capsule machine, iron, and a clothes rack for drying laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and basic cleaning supplies.

The outdoor swimming pool is on the rooftop of the building and is open during the summer season. It is equipped with sun loungers or beach chairs and offers city views. The pool is not available outside the summer months, and its operational dates are not fixed. Access to the pool area is through a rooftop terrace; note that after 22:00 the door to the lower floors locks automatically. There is also a small garden and terrace area for relaxing.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or bar on-site. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including cookware, utensils, a dishwasher, and coffee capsules. Several supermarkets and dining options are within a 2-minute walk - for example, Restaurante KingDo lite and Freiduria Mara are 300 metres away, and Er Tapeo, La Fresquita de Paco, Bar Cine Pio XII, Amazonia, and Meson la Espadana are all within 500 metres. The location is convenient for grabbing takeaway or supplies.
