RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT LOS ANGELES L.A. LIVE, Los Angeles

The hotel sits in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, directly across the street from LA Live's restaurants, bars, and the Grammy Museum. The Convention Center entrance is a ten-minute walk from guest rooms on upper floors. The 7th Street/Metro Center Station is twelve minutes on foot, providing direct metro and bus access across the city. For drivers, private valet parking is available on site and costs approximately $90 per day; self-parking is not offered. Some guests choose a nearby public parking lot across the street to reduce costs. Los Angeles Union Station is 4 km away, and Los Angeles International Airport is 27 km from the property. A grocery store is within a ten-minute walk for those using the in-room kitchen.

Rooms and suites are spacious and modern, with carpeted floors and city or Hollywood Hills views from upper floors. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchenware. The living area has a sofa bed (which some find less comfortable for sleeping) and a dining table. Bedrooms offer a choice of one king, two queen, or double beds, all with comfortable mattresses. All rooms are air-conditioned with individual heating controls, and are well soundproofed. Private bathrooms are fitted with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The property has no balconies. Connecting rooms are available on request but not guaranteed.

Breakfast is included for all guests and is served in a spacious dining area; the buffet typically includes hot items such as bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, baked potatoes, fresh fruit, and coffee. The on-site restaurant, Table 901, serves American cuisine for both breakfast and dinner and provides a sit-down dining option without leaving the hotel. A lobby café offers snacks, bottled drinks, and wine/champagne (additional charge) and is open until 22:00. The breakfast selection is consistent day to day; some prefer a wider fruit variety, but the overall quality is considered good value.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is located on the third-floor rooftop and is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 (with earlier morning hours possible). Pool towels are available. The free fitness centre is open 24 hours and is well-equipped for a complete workout. There is no spa or wellness centre on the property. The sun terrace and outdoor furniture adjoining the pool area offer additional space to relax. The pool can become busy during event days at Crypto.com Arena.
