BPOSHTELS ANAHEIM, Anaheim

The hostel is located on Harbor Boulevard, sharing a driveway with a Jack in the Box. Disney California Adventure is 1 km away (12 min walk), and the main Disneyland park is 4 km - a 20-minute walk or a 10-15 minute bus ride (bus stop directly outside). The Anaheim Convention Center is 2 km, reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. John Wayne Airport is 18 km (approx. 20 min drive). Nearby dining includes Joe's Italian Ice, Buca di Beppo, and several fast-food options within a 5-minute walk. The area is well-served by public transport, with a bus route to the Disneyland Resort and the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) system.

Each dormitory features bunk beds, with each bed assigned a small reading light and a shared power strip (often zip-tied to the bed frame). The room includes a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, plus a separate vanity area with mirror. In-room amenities: air conditioning, minibar, microwave, tea/coffee maker, work desk, and parquet flooring. Bedding, one towel, and starter toiletries are provided. The room locks with a key card; a small drawer locker (lockable with personal padlock) is available for small valuables - not sufficient for luggage. Lighting is limited to individual clamp-on lamps; there is no overhead light. Noise from traffic and other guests can be an issue - earplugs are provided at reception. The air conditioning unit is floor-level near one bed, which may cause direct cold airflow for that sleeper. Rooms are cleaned daily, but moisture and dampness can occur after showers due to limited ventilation.

The breakfast area is open for two hours each morning (typically 7:00-9:00) and offers packaged muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit (bananas, apples), individual cereal cups, coffee, tea, and orange juice. The selection is simple and self-service; there are no hot items. The on-site bar serves drinks and light snacks in the evening, with a bar/lounge area. For more substantial meals, there are several restaurants within a short walk: Joe's Italian Ice (across the street), Buca di Beppo, Serengeti Grill, and fast-food options (Jack in the Box in the same driveway). The room has a microwave and minibar, useful for storing and reheating takeaway food.

The property features a heated outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub (jacuzzi), both available for guest use. The pool area is cleaned regularly and is a pleasant spot to relax. There is also a small fitness center with basic exercise equipment. These facilities are shared with the adjacent motel (Signature Hotel). The pool and hot tub are open during daytime hours; exact operating times are available at the front desk. For outdoor activities, ice-skating, kayaking, and canoeing are available at nearby facilities.
