The streetcar line runs to Westlake Shopping Center in 10 minutes. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is 23 km away (16-40 min drive, 1 hour public transit). Several restaurants, cafes, and bars are within a 5-minute walk, including Daniel's Broiler and Duke's Chowder House.

Room types include one-bedroom king suites with sofa bed and balcony, two-bedroom suites with two king beds and two ensuite bathrooms, and king studios with sofa bed. Two-bedroom suites have a full kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and cookware. Bathrooms are private; accessible suites have roll-in showers and adapted tubs. Lake-view rooms on higher floors offer the best panoramic views, though trees may partly obstruct the view from some balconies. Rooms are spacious, but some are due for cosmetic updates; pullout sofas are fine for sitting but not for sleeping. Street-facing rooms may hear tram and traffic noise; interior rooms are quieter. Request a quiet room if noise is a concern.
