RESIDENCE LEVILLIERS, Paris

The property sits on a tree-lined avenue close to metro line 3 (Courcelles or Pereire stations) and bus stops, giving direct access to central Paris without a car. Orly Airport is 23 km away. The neighbourhood is safe, walkable, and packed with restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and shops within a minute's walk. Paid public parking is available nearby but the area is best explored on foot or by public transport. The Eiffel Tower and Musée de l'Orangerie are also within easy reach.

Units on offer include studios and one-bedroom apartments, all with parquet flooring, a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, slippers, free toiletries), and a full kitchen with stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, and cookware. Each room features air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, seating area, dining table, safe deposit box, and ironing facilities. Some studios use a sofa bed as the primary sleeping surface, which when pulled out can dominate the floor space and may not suit two adults for comfort. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to avenue traffic and slamming doors from neighbouring apartments. Lighting in some units is modest. Higher-floor apartments tend to be quieter.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Guests self-cater in the fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware). The surrounding area offers a high density of dining options - including French bistros, Asian takeaway, sushi, bakeries, and patisseries - all within a 2-minute walk. A supermarket and a greengrocer are also steps away, making it easy to buy fresh ingredients for meal preparation.
