RESIDENCE PLACE MASSENA, Nice

The location is ideal for exploring Nice on foot: Castle Hill is a 9-minute walk, the beach is reachable in under 10 minutes, and the city's main museums and shopping streets are all within a short stroll. The tram stop is right outside, providing a direct link to Nice-Ville Train Station (2 km) and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (8 km). The area is filled with restaurants, bars and shops, and the neighbourhood feels safe and lively both day and night. No private parking is available, but public car parks are nearby in the city centre.

Each apartment is a self-contained unit of about 15 m2 with a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The interiors are recently renovated and described as clean, modern and well-optimised despite the compact size. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware and a dining area for self-catering. Air conditioning works well during summer. Soundproofing is effective - windows keep out street noise even on the main road. Some apartments offer pleasant city views; brighter units are available on request. The bed setup is a double bed (or a king-size sofa bed variant in some studios), with a maximum capacity of two adults. All apartments are on the first floor without a lift.

No on-site dining facilities are provided, but the apartment's kitchenette is well suited for preparing meals - it includes a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and all necessary cookware. The surrounding old city is packed with dining options: within 300 metres you will find Cave de la Tour, Taca d'Oli, La Griglia, Le Vlt, Restaurant La Mama, La P'tite Cocotte and Le Barbecue. Fenocchio Glacier for ice cream is a 5-minute walk away. Grocery stores are also nearby for stocking the fridge.
