Rooms are clean, well-decorated, and equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofed windows, and a comfortable bed. Each room includes a private bathroom, a large desk, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Some rooms have a miniscule balcony. The room walls are not fully soundproofed, so occasional noise from neighbouring rooms or the shared common area is possible, but the windows are effective at blocking train and outside noise. The property offers a secure, well-maintained environment with a lift.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar, but the shared kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, induction hob, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, and ample cutlery and utensils. A bakery is directly across the street for fresh bread and pastries, and a supermarket is around the corner for groceries. Numerous restaurants are within a 500-metre walk, including Pizz'Burger, Cumin et Cannelle, and L'Argan.

For leisure, boating is accessible in the Nice area. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk or a short tram ride away, offering a range of water activities. The property itself has no wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym.

The property provides free WiFi in all areas, a lift for easy access, and a shared kitchen with a kettle, fridge, hob, and microwave. A washing machine and ironing facilities are available for shared use. Pets are allowed at no extra cost. Bikes can be stored inside the room if space permits. The host provides clear check-in instructions and is responsive to questions. Luggage storage is not available on site, but the host can hold bags at the apartment, and paid storage (approx. €5 per bag) is available in the city. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
