RESIDENCE TONDUTI, Nice

Nice-Ville Train Station is 1 km away and tram line 2 is just 50 m from the door, making car-free travel straightforward. MAMAC (modern art museum) is 600 m away, and Castle Hill of Nice is a 14-minute walk. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 7 km distant. The surrounding street is quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries, and multiple restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which suits self-catering and dining out equally well.

Each apartment features a separate living room, one bedroom, and two bathroom units - one with a walk-in shower, one separate WC. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and utensils. A washing machine, air conditioning, soundproofing, and a flat-screen TV are standard. The main bed measures 140 cm wide, and the sofa bed in the living area is also 140 cm. The balcony overlooks an inner courtyard; while the view is not scenic, the courtyard keeps street noise low. Some units are split over two floors, providing separate areas for each traveller. Guests should be aware that the apartment's furnishing and decor tend towards basic and older rather than modern.

With a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, preparing quick meals is easy. A supermarket is very close for daily groceries and fresh bread. Within 0.5 km there are at least eight restaurants and takeaway options, including bistros, bento, and fast food, giving plenty of choice without needing to travel. Breakfast is not served on-site, so guests either self-cater or visit nearby bakeries and cafés.

For leisure, Plage Ponchettes provides the closest beach access, and the Promenade des Anglais is a 15-minute walk for coastal walks or jogging. Boating is available in the surrounding area. Within the apartment, the private balcony offers a small outdoor seating area.

Wi-Fi is available free throughout the property. Paid parking is at the Marshall car park 200 m away (approx. 20 € per day), and street parking is possible with a pay-by-phone application. Housekeeping and linen changes are not included during the stay. A cot can be provided for 20 € per stay. Late arrivals (after 23:00) can be arranged with the host. The property is non-smoking throughout and family rooms are available.
