Numerous restaurants, supermarkets (including Lidl 300 metres away), bars, and shops are clustered nearby, making daily errands and dining out very convenient. The area feels safe even at night, though some side streets can be less charming. The waterfront is a 3-minute walk, ideal for beachgoers.

Accommodation ranges from single rooms to family apartments sleeping up to 6. All units feature a private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, cookware, and tea/coffee facilities - though kettles, toasters, and full utensil sets are not standard, so planning meals in the room requires some flexibility. Most rooms have air conditioning, but some are only fan-cooled; summer bookings should confirm the room type for cooling. Exterior-facing rooms are available, and many units have soundproofing.
