The hotel sits directly on Plaza Urquinaona, putting you within a 2-minute walk of Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, and the Aerobus stop to the airport. Urquinaona metro station (L1 and L4) is steps from the door, and a bus stop is right in front. Most major attractions, the Gothic Quarter, and La Rambla are within a 10-15 minute walk. The area is lined with restaurants, bars, and shops, and is well-lit and safe at all hours. The building vibrates slightly as the metro passes beneath, but standard interior rooms remain very quiet.

Economy rooms offer the same standard of bedding and amenities as other categories but have limited natural light. The small room with a balcony has a large window overlooking Plaza Urquinaona, but the balcony may be shared with other rooms. Standard interior rooms face the hotel's backyard, providing the quietest sleeping environment, though some have windows looking directly at a neighbouring wall, making them darker. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and aromatherapy amenities, individually controlled air conditioning with an ultra-silent fan, a Smart TV with Chromecast, soundproof walls, tea and coffee making facilities, and hypoallergenic duvets. Rooms range from very compact to a more comfortable size, and road-facing rooms can experience street and metro noise. Some units have an inner courtyard view.

There is no restaurant or formal breakfast service at the hotel. Instead, a well-stocked kitchenette on the first floor is available around the clock at no extra cost, offering coffee, tea, milk, a selection of packaged pastries and biscuits, fresh fruit, and bottled water.
