STENDARDI'S HOUSE - BY BE YOUR HOME, Rome

The property sits in a vibrant residential neighbourhood with dozens of restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a daily market within a 100-metre radius. Bus stops nearby connect directly to Termini station and major sights, while the city centre and most attractions are a 20-30 minute walk. The area is considered safe and practical for exploring both on foot and by public transport.

Rooms are described as spacious and clean, featuring air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, though some bathrooms are located just outside the room in the hallway, so confirm the exact configuration when booking. Standard rooms offer one double bed, while some units include a sofa bed. Certain bathrooms reported strong odours from the sewage system and poor soundproofing between rooms; light sleepers may prefer an inner courtyard-facing room. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and a refrigerator, but guests should bring or request dish soap and sponges, which may not be stocked.

The shared kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, including pots, pans, cutlery, and a refrigerator, making it easy to cook breakfast or dinner. For those preferring to eat out, the immediate area is dense with options: at least seven restaurants and bars are within 0.5 km, including Italian trattorias, pizzerias, and a wine bar. A supermarket and a daily market are also steps away for groceries.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a lift, and a shared kitchen with a dining area. A shared terrace with outdoor furniture is available for relaxing. Check-in is self-service via a key locker, but guests should carefully read the instructions beforehand, as the access code is sent by email and may land in spam. Late arrivals are handled but require prior notice and a cash surcharge. The owner may not be immediately reachable by phone. Cleaning standards are generally high, but some common areas like the terrace have been noted as dusty. The building has key access and fire safety equipment.
