Rooms range from double rooms (1 double bed, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV) to studios (1 or 2 beds, full kitchenette with stovetop, oven, fridge, and dining area). Many have high ceilings (up to 5 m), frescoed or painted ceilings, parquet or tiled floors, and large windows that make them feel even more spacious. All include air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, dressing room, and free WiFi. Some rooms have a private entrance. The bathrooms feature a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. In some cases the bathroom is across the hall, not en suite. The property is on the first floor with no lift. Street-facing rooms can be noisy from late-night crowds.

Wellness facilities are limited. There is a shared lounge with a TV for relaxation. Bicycle parking is available, making it practical for exploring the city on two wheels. The historic building itself, with its frescoed ceilings and elegant common areas, adds to the atmosphere.
