Cannes SNCF Train Station is just 500 metres away, offering direct connections along the French Riviera. A nearby public car park (Vauban) is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

All units are soundproofed and include a private bathroom with bath and shower, air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV. Each unit has a kitchenette equipped with microwave, stovetop, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. Flooring varies - some rooms have carpet, others have modern non-carpeted floors. Rooms renovated in 2020 offer a contemporary feel and are generally in better condition. Non-renovated rooms are described as older but clean and functional. Aspects to be aware of: some rooms have worn furniture, older kitchenettes, and bathrooms that require maintenance, and the air conditioning units can be noisy. The property is a multi-storey building with a lift.
