The property is located in the Carabanchel district of Madrid, about 23 km from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Nearby attractions include Parque de Atracciones de Madrid (8 km), Mercado San Miguel (9 km), Puerta del Sol (9 km), Plaza Mayor, and Gran Vía. The area offers practical on-street parking, making it suitable for travellers arriving by car. Several restaurants are within 1 km, including El Jardin De La Lola, Don Antonio Restaurante, La Fabula, Peter Rabbit & Friends, and Asador Avelino.

The room is advertised as spacious with a double bed, a washing machine, heating, and a terrace. The property provides a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. However, the room itself is very small - often containing only a bed and a small table - and many rooms have no window, no ventilation, and no air conditioning. Bedding and towels have been reported as unclean. The shared bathroom has no lock and no hot water; only a cold water pipe is available for showering. Noise from other residents is common, especially late at night, and the thin walls offer little soundproofing. The room lacks storage for personal items and there is no TV. The bed mattress is often described as uncomfortable and sagging in the middle.
