Frari Basilica is 700 metres away, and the train station is a 5-minute walk plus a 15-minute ferry ride. Note that there is no parking; the best arrival is by waterbus Line 1 to Rialto Market. Line 2 is not recommended with heavy luggage because the stairs at Rialto Bridge make the route difficult. Several restaurants and a supermarket are within a few minutes' walk, making daily errands simple without needing transport.

The apartment sleeps up to three people and includes a large separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and basic cooking ingredients such as oil and salt. The bathroom is recently renovated with a shower cabin, toiletries, a hairdryer, and towels. Heating and air conditioning are provided, and the heating is noted as warm and adjustable. Rooms are non-smoking, and there are no balconies.

All leisure activities are based around Venice itself: the apartment's location near Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square provides immediate access to the city's main sights, markets, and dining areas. Boating is available in the surroundings, and the host provides accurate guidance on water taxi points for exploring further afield.
