Set in a prime central district, this apartment is within easy walking distance of Rialto Bridge (6 min), Frari Basilica (6 min), and Basilica San Marco (1 km). The nearest vaporetto stop is a two-minute walk, making water-bus access across the city and to Marco Polo Airport (13 km) straightforward. The immediate area is lively but the apartment itself is on a quiet street, with bars, restaurants, a mini-market, and a fish market all within a few minutes' walk. The neighbourhood works well on foot - many key sights are reachable without using water transport.

Two apartment configurations exist. Rialto Terrazza occupies the 3rd and 4th floors (no lift, accessible stairs) and includes a terrace off the living room with roof views, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower bathroom. Rialto Due is on the 2nd floor (no terrace) and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a kitchen. Both apartments are spacious, air-conditioned (single unit, €10/day), and come with a washing machine, hairdryer, TV, ironing facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. The interiors are warm and Venetian in style. The stair climb in the Terrazza unit is steep, so full mobility is recommended.

The apartment has no dining facilities or breakfast service. However, the fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware) makes self-catering easy. A supermarket is a 30-metre walk, and several takeaway spots, bakeries, and traditional restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Osteria Vivaldi, Premiata Pasticceria F.lli Rizzardini, and Antico Forno. The terrace (in the Terrazza unit) is a practical spot for meals.

There is no swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. Boating is available in the surroundings, and the location provides easy access to Venice's main landmarks and waterfront areas. The terrace in the Rialto Terrazza apartment serves as a private leisure space for relaxing or dining.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. No parking is available - the apartment is in a pedestrianised zone. There is no lift, so guests must climb stairs (3rd-4th floors for the terrace unit, 2nd floor for the other). Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00; the host often meets guests at the nearest vaporetto stop to guide them to the apartment, which is especially helpful with luggage. No restaurant, spa, or swimming pool on site. A 350 EUR cash security deposit is collected on arrival and refunded at checkout.
