Located 16 km from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, the hostel is a 5 to 10-minute walk from metro lines that connect directly to the city centre, Puerta de Atocha (3 km), Reina Sofia Museum (3 km), and El Retiro Park (4 km). A supermarket is just three minutes away, and numerous restaurants are within 500 metres, including Taberna Del Volapie and La Tagliatella. The area offers easy access to the Madrid Río park and is convenient for reaching Toledo by bus from Plaza Elíptica, a 20-minute walk away.

Dormitories contain between 20 and 30 beds arranged in bunk beds without privacy curtains, and the walls are painted black, creating a very dim atmosphere. Beds feature inflatable air mattresses that can be noisy when moving. Each bed is equipped with an electrical socket. Separate male and female dorms are available, and bathroom facilities are located inside the dorm rooms, though the ratio is roughly one shower and toilet per 20 people. Air conditioning provides cooling but also serves as the only heating; in cold weather the room can feel very chilly, and the single blanket provided is thin. Some dorms have no windows or ventilation, which can make the room stuffy.

The hostel does not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and has no restaurant, bar, or café on site. The shared kitchen is compact, equipped with a microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, and cookware, but is locked until 8:00 AM. Fridge space is limited, and the freezer does not always freeze properly. Because of the kitchen's size and opening hours, planning ahead with food from the supermarket across the street is essential, especially for early departures.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The 24-hour reception provides express check-in/check-out and a concierge service. Luggage storage is available for an additional charge, and lockers are provided beside each bed for small valuables; the lockers are too small for a full-sized suitcase, but larger bags are stored in a locked room. Laundry and ironing services come at an extra cost. The property is wheelchair accessible with grab rails in toilets. Pets are not allowed, and the entire hostel is non-smoking. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV inside and outside, key access, security alarms, and smoke detectors.
