The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and a 20-minute metro ride from IFEMA and the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Centre. Chamartín train station is about a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride. Several supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The building layout means some rooms are accessed via an external walkway, which can be less convenient in poor weather.

Breakfast is served in a compact dining room Monday-Friday from 07:15 to 10:30, and weekends/holidays from 08:00 to 11:30.
