The guest house is on a lively street lined with cafés, restaurants and bus stops. Roma Termini station is reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes, giving direct rail to airports and key sights. The historic centre, including Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, lies within a 20-35 minute walk. Parking is not available, but the neighbourhood is well served by public transport and feels safe. Many dining and shopping options are within a few blocks.

Room types include twin/double, triple and double rooms. Each comes with a flat-screen TV, tea- and coffee-maker, wardrobe, safe and free toiletries. Bathrooms have a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Some rooms have limited natural light and a view of an inner courtyard, while street-facing rooms may experience more noise. In some configurations the double bed is formed by two single mattresses. Room size varies; economy rooms are compact. Condition can vary - some rooms show signs of wear such as bathroom mould or broken fixtures. Daily cleaning is provided except Sundays. Pets are allowed on request.

The guest house does not offer breakfast or an in-house restaurant. The surrounding streets have a high concentration of dining options - Pinsere, I-Sushi, Al Forno della Soffitta and many more are within 0.5km. A supermarket is next door for self-catering supplies, and several cafés are directly below the building for coffee and pastries.
