Located just 100 metres from the boardwalk and 150 metres from Wildwood Beach, the property is within 400 metres of Morey's Piers and 500 metres of the Convention Center. Cross Ocean Avenue to reach the boardwalk and beach directly. While there are no ocean views from the rooms, the proximity to entertainment, dining, and the beach makes this a central base. Free on-site parking and an EV charging station are available, and the tram along the boardwalk provides easy access to further attractions.

Room types include Type C (King bed, whirlpool and steam shower, private balcony, couples only, no children), Type F and G (two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, separate living areas, and private balconies), and Type H (owners suite with full kitchen and off-street parking). All rooms have private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and heating. Some rooms feature kitchens or kitchenettes, while others have mini-fridges and microwaves. The property is older but clean, with some rooms recently updated. For quiet, request an upper floor room away from the pool area. Balconies are available in select rooms but face streets or sidewalks, not the ocean.

The property does not have a restaurant. Some specials, such as the Weekday Super Saver and Weekend packages, include breakfast vouchers (2 or 4 per morning) redeemable at participating local eateries. For other meals, the boardwalk and surrounding area offer numerous dining options within a short walk, including a variety of cuisines. A vending machine is available for drinks and snacks on site.

The seasonal outdoor pool is heated and open during warmer months, with a large sundeck and lounge chairs. A hot tub/jacuzzi is also available. The pool area includes foot baths and is open until 7 pm. On-site activities include movie nights, stand-up comedy, ping-pong, and bicycle rental (additional charge). Guests can also use the pool and parking at the sister property next door. Nearby leisure includes the Wildwood Boardwalk, amusement piers, water parks, and 8 km of free public beach.

Free private parking is available on site without reservation, including complimentary electric vehicle charging (since 2013). WiFi is free throughout the property. Services include daily housekeeping, express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and an ATM on site. Vending machines provide drinks and snacks.
