ROMA STATION HOUSE, Rome

The property sits across from the main entrance of Rome Termini, with the train station just 300 m away. Vittorio Emanuele Metro is an 8-minute walk, and bus stops are right outside. Major sights are within walking or short metro distance: the Colosseum (2 km), Domus Aurea (17-minute walk), and Sapienza University (16-minute walk). For airport access, Ciampino is 14 km and Fiumicino 30 km, both reachable by train from Termini or by the paid shuttle. The Termini area is busy day and night, with many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within a few minutes' walk. After dark, some side streets can feel less secure, but the building has multiple locked doors and fob access.

The property offers a shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator, where you can store and prepare basic meals. A vending machine in the lobby provides three complimentary drinks and/or snacks per person daily. Breakfast can be booked as an optional extra for certain room rates; check availability when selecting dates. There is no restaurant on site, but the Termini area has dozens of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés within a few hundred metres, including Al Fagianetto, Trattoria Cecio, and Santa Maria Osteria Romana. The property provides a printed list of recommended nearby eateries on request.

WiFi is free in all areas, though signal can be weaker in some rooms. Daily housekeeping is included. The building has a lift and is accessible by key card. Luggage storage is available from 10:30 on check-in day and after check-out until 20:00 - a remote is provided to re-enter the building to collect bags after check-out. The paid airport shuttle can be arranged with a partner driver service. A safety deposit box is provided in each room. The building has CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. No ironing facilities or in-room coffee/tea are provided.
