The hotel is set on a busy street in the Monti neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and many other ancient sites. Cavour Metro Station on Line B is 350 metres away, providing direct connections across the city. Termini Station, with high-speed train links to Fiumicino Airport and other Italian cities, is approximately 10-15 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are immediately outside the hotel, making it a very convenient base for exploring on foot.

Rooms come with air conditioning, wooden floors, and classic wooden furniture. Each room includes a kettle, mini-fridge, hairdryer, and flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube. Mattress toppers can be requested for extra comfort. The Family Classic room offers a roomy double/twin space connected to a second smaller space suitable for a fourth guest or lounge area; the bathroom is accessed from this second space. Only one Double Superior room has a balcony overlooking Via Cavour. Some rooms have been recently renovated with modern bathrooms and excellent water pressure. Road-facing rooms can be noisier, especially on the lower floors, while rooms on upper floors tend to be quieter. Room sizes vary: some are described as spacious and well-laid-out, while others are compact and suited for a short stay. Beds are noted as firm, which many find comfortable.

There is no breakfast service or on-site restaurant. The immediate area around the hotel offers a wide variety of dining choices within a 2- to 5-minute walk, including Italian classics, pizza, Lebanese street food, pastries, and casual wine bars. Several supermarkets and convenience stores are also steps away, making it easy to pick up snacks and drinks for the room.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not available on site. The hotel's location provides direct access to Rome's main cultural and historical attractions on foot, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and the Monti neighbourhood's vibrant streets.

Wi-Fi is free in rooms. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, luggage storage (available from 09:00, also after check-out), and a safe deposit box in each room. A lift (elevator) starts from the ground floor, and there is a vintage-style wooden lift. The reception is staffed only from 09:00 to 19:00; arrivals after 19:00 receive a self-check-in procedure with temporary codes for building and room access. Private transfer from/to airports and ports can be arranged through the hotel. No pets are allowed.
