Several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The Colosseum is about 3 km away - a 20-minute bus ride or a 35-minute walk. The area is generally safe and well-connected, though the hotel is positioned away from the busiest parts of central Rome.

Breakfast costs €8-10 per person and is a continental-style buffet with bread, pastries, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, fruit (apple, kiwi), juice and hot drinks from an automatic machine. The selection is consistent and adequate, but largely based on sweet items and basic carbs - those expecting a cooked hot breakfast or a wide choice of fresh vegetables may find it limited. The rooftop setting is a highlight, offering a pleasant start to the day. The bar on the 4th floor serves drinks, wine by the glass, pizza and simple snacks in the evening, with indoor and open-air terrace seating. There is no restaurant on site, and the bar menu is not child-friendly - guests needing more substantial meals must rely on the many restaurants, cafés and takeaway options within a 5-10 minute walk. The bar does not allow outside food.

The rooftop terrace serves as the primary leisure space: a bar area with views, used for breakfast and evening drinks. There is no gym, pool, sauna or wellness centre. For outdoor activities, Caffarella Park (50 metres away) is a large green area ideal for walking, jogging or relaxing away from the city noise - it also provides access to the Catacombs and Via Appia Antica.
