Furio Camillo Metro (Line A) is a 10-15 minute walk away, giving access to Termini and the main tourist sights. Tuscolana Train Station is a 20-minute walk. Several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The Colosseum is about 3 km away - a 20-minute bus ride or a 35-minute walk. The area is generally safe and well-connected, though the hotel is positioned away from the busiest parts of central Rome.

Room sizes range from compact singles to spacious quadruples, with some rooms offering a park view. All rooms have free WiFi, a wardrobe, safe, hairdryer and free toiletries. Triple rooms feature a bath or shower, bidet, and two beds - suitable for families but with a compact bathroom. Quadruple rooms add extra bedding and space. A few rooms have a small balcony, though none are guaranteed and most rooms lack a balcony entirely. The room decor is functional and older in style. Soundproofing is minimal - road noise, corridor sounds and conversations from neighbouring rooms can carry easily. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and may not be adjustable by guests; during very warm weather some rooms have felt hot, so a portable fan may be useful. Rooms facing the street or situated near the lobby/rooftop bar can be particularly noisy.

The selection is consistent and adequate, but largely based on sweet items and basic carbs - those expecting a cooked hot breakfast or a wide choice of fresh vegetables may find it limited. The rooftop setting is a highlight, offering a pleasant start to the day. The bar on the 4th floor serves drinks, wine by the glass, pizza and simple snacks in the evening, with indoor and open-air terrace seating. There is no restaurant on site, and the bar menu is not child-friendly - guests needing more substantial meals must rely on the many restaurants, cafés and takeaway options within a 5-10 minute walk. The bar does not allow outside food.

The rooftop terrace serves as the primary leisure space: a bar area with views, used for breakfast and evening drinks. There is no gym, pool, sauna or wellness centre. For outdoor activities, Caffarella Park (50 metres away) is a large green area ideal for walking, jogging or relaxing away from the city noise - it also provides access to the Catacombs and Via Appia Antica.
