ROOM 14, Rome

Piazza Bologna metro station is just steps away, providing two stops to Termini and direct lines to the Colosseum. Tiburtina train station is a 10-minute walk, making it convenient for bus and high-speed rail connections. The residential neighbourhood is safe and lively, with a supermarket directly opposite, and many bars, cafés, and restaurants within 300 metres. Ciampino Airport is 24 km away. Street parking is available but can take time to find.

Room types include twin and double rooms. Twin rooms offer a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, wardrobe, and tumble dryer. Double rooms provide a private bathroom and some have a balcony overlooking the city. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and free fast WiFi. The building is on the 6th floor with lift access. Rooms facing the street may experience noise from the pub below; higher-floor rooms with a balcony tend to be quieter. Sofa beds are available in some rooms.

The property does not have its own restaurant, but there is a minimarket on site for basic provisions. A bar opposite the accommodation serves coffee and croissants at reasonable prices. The neighbourhood around Piazza Bologna has numerous eateries within a 300-metre walk, including pasta, pizza, gelato, and Sicilian cafés. Breakfast is available in select room options; check availability when booking. An electric kettle and capsule coffee machine are provided in the room.

Room 14 does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. An ice-skating rink is located in the surroundings. The Nomentano district itself provides a safe, residential feel with local shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. The metro provides quick access to central Rome's cultural and leisure attractions.
