Plaza de España Metro Station (serving lines 3 and 10) is just a few steps away, providing direct access to the airport in about 40 minutes. Gran Via Metro Station is under 1 km on foot. The Temple of Debod is an 8-minute walk, and Plaza Mayor is 11 minutes away. The Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is 2 km away. The free bus 001 stops right outside, and numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are within a 1-minute walk. This central position makes almost the entire city centre walkable or a short metro ride.

Rooms are located on the first floor of a private apartment floor within a Gran Via building. Each room has a private bathroom with hairdryer, iron, and - in some rooms - a small fridge. Air conditioning and heating are standard. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, tea and coffee maker, and parquet floors. Bed setups include twin, double, and family rooms (with three beds). Some rooms have windows facing the street, while others overlook an inner shaft - these are darker and lack fresh air. Exterior rooms can be very noisy due to street traffic, nearby bars, and a glass recycling bank that operates all night. Sound insulation between rooms and from the hallway is poor. Rooms described as studios include a kitchenette corner but are compact and may differ from promotional photos. The shared kitchen and dining room are available for meal preparation.

The property provides a shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and cookware. The kitchen also offers instant coffee and sugar, refilled regularly. Many rooms include a small fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities (moka pot and kettle). There is no breakfast service, but the surrounding area has a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a 1-2 minute walk, including Tapa Tapa and Ikigai.
