ROOMY CENTRAL APARTMENT, Milan

The apartment is 6 km from Milan Linate Airport and within 5 minutes' walk of Porta Romana Metro station, making city-centre and airport travel straightforward. Villa Necchi Campiglio and Palazzo Reale are both 2 km away. The area is lively, with numerous cafés, bars, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and the neighbourhood itself is quiet. Tram stops nearby provide additional transport options for exploring the city without a car.

The apartment sleeps up to five: one double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, and a single sofa bed. The living room also includes a dining table and workspace. The kitchen is well fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and cookware. The private bathroom includes a bath and free toiletries, plus a hairdryer. Air conditioning and heating are available, and while the windows are older, the heating works well. The apartment is on the top floor with a lift, offering garden views and parquet flooring. Soundproof walls and two separate air-conditioning units help keep the space comfortable. Some furniture and decor are in an older style, but the apartment is clean, spacious, and functional.

The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within a few minutes' walk, offering a range of cuisines and quick bites. The apartment itself does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, so all dining is either self-catered or from the local area.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure facilities on site. For relaxation, guests can use the nearby parks, cafés, and bars in the surrounding neighbourhood. The quiet top-floor location provides a peaceful retreat after a day out.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The building has a lift, and the apartment includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Parking is available nearby for €25 per day (reservation not needed), and an electric vehicle charging station is on site. Accessible parking is also provided. The apartment is non-smoking throughout and has smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. Children are welcome, and a cot can be provided on request. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00; late check-in after 21:00 incurs an extra fee. Communication with the host is fast and clear, and the automated entry system works smoothly.
