The hotel sits in a practical area between San Siro Stadium and the Fiera Milano City convention centre. The nearest metro stop is Amendola Fiera, and the Duomo is seven stops away. Lotto metro station is a 10-minute walk, and several tram stops are nearby, making it easy to reach the city centre without a car. The area is safe and well served by a supermarket directly opposite, a bakery on the corner, and a pizzeria across the road. A number of other restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. For stadium concerts or football matches, San Siro is a 20-minute walk. The city centre is about 20-30 minutes by metro. Bicycle rentals are available nearby.

Rooms are compact but functional, each with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with Mediaset premium channels, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Windows are insulated, but rooms facing the road or lobby can be noisy; internal rooms are quieter. The bedding setup sometimes uses linked single mattresses for a double bed. There is no fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, or balcony. Some rooms have a desk and chair. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed regularly. While the decor is basic, most rooms have been recently renovated and are clean, with comfortable beds.

Breakfast is served for an additional charge of €10 and consists of a continental buffet with fresh pastries, croissants, cereal, cake, and hot drinks. It is a sweet-focused offering without eggs, cold cuts, or hot savoury items. The on-site bar and coffee shop provide additional drink and snack options throughout the day. For a more substantial meal, guests can walk to one of several pizzeria, restaurant, or bakery options within 0.3-0.5 km of the hotel. The supermarket opposite also allows for self-catering.

The hotel does not have a spa, pool, or fitness centre. Leisure options are limited to the bar and coffee shop on site, and the immediate neighbourhood's cafes and restaurants. The location itself is well suited for event and stadium visitors.
