The area is walkable to major attractions: the State Opera (10 min), Kärntner Straße shops, and museums such as the Albertina and Leopold Museum within 15-20 minutes. Several restaurants and cafés are within 100 m, and a tram stop is directly outside, making car-free exploration easy.

Each room is individually furnished with themes inspired by Vienna landmarks like Augarten Park or Hermes Villa. Room types include Single, Double, Triple, and Deluxe Double (with bathtub and separate shower). The Triple Room contains one twin bed and one double bed, which can be converted into two twin beds upon request. Beds can generally be split if needed. Room sizes vary: some are spacious, while others are compact, and the bathrooms are notably small in certain configurations. Natural light differs: some rooms face a quiet courtyard and can be dark; others have brighter exposure. Air conditioning and ventilation are available, but in some units the AC can be loud. Heating is present but not always adjustable. Soundproof walls are present in selected rooms, though some rooms have thin walls, so noise may carry between units.
