SAKURA BELLA IKEBUKURO, Tokyo

The hotel is situated on a quiet street just off the main Ikebukuro area, a 5-10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station (exit C6 with escalator). The surrounding neighborhood offers a wide selection of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping destinations including Tobu Department Store and Ikebukuro Parco. Haneda Airport is 25 km away; Narita Airport is accessible via the Narita Express (1h 15m) or Keisei Skyliner to Nippori and transfer to the Yamanote Line. The immediate area has a lively nightlife, but the hotel block remains relatively calm.

Room sizes vary; while most are compact, some have been renovated and offer a modern feel. The private bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers and are stocked with free toiletries, clean towels daily, and other amenities. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, work desk, electric kettle, trouser press, and heating. Soundproofing is present but noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms can occur; rooms away from the reception area tend to be quieter. Note that some rooms have limited natural light, and there is no wardrobe or hanging space in many rooms. A microwave is available at the front desk upon request.

The hotel does not offer breakfast or an on-site restaurant. However, the surrounding streets are lined with a variety of restaurants, from local Japanese eateries to international cuisine, all within 300 metres. Several convenience stores (Lawson, FamilyMart) and supermarkets are also nearby, making it easy to purchase snacks or prepare simple meals in your room using the in-room refrigerator and microwave available at reception.
