The property sits in a lively but quiet neighbourhood, providing easy access to Ueno Park and its museums, as well as the shops and restaurants around Ueno. Okachimachi Station (6 min) connects to the Yamanote Line, while Ueno Station (12 min) offers direct trains to both Narita and Haneda airports. The area is well served by konbini, supermarkets, and casual dining within a 1-minute walk. Akihabara is a 15-20 minute stroll south, and Shitaya Shrine is 500 metres away.

The shared kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, hot tub, cookware, and utensils for self-catering. The property does not have a restaurant or bar, but many convenience stores, supermarkets, and casual restaurants are within 1-3 minutes on foot, covering a wide range of cuisines and price points. Basic condiments (salt, sugar, milk) are also provided in the kitchen.

The hot tub is available for use and can be a relaxing amenity after a day of sightseeing. The rooftop terrace provides outdoor space to unwind or, for those who smoke, a designated area. Ueno Park (10-15 minutes walk) offers walking paths, museums, and seasonal cherry blossoms. A traditional sento (public bath) is within walking distance.
