Kuramae Mizu no Yakata is a 4-minute walk, and the Japan Stationery Museum is less than 1 km away. The station exit at A3 does not have a lift, but an alternative exit with a lift is available across the road.

The hotel offers single, double, twin, and family rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The family room contains two single beds and two Japanese futons, suitable for up to four people; for two people the space is comfortable, but bag space becomes tight when used at full capacity.
