At night the neighbourhood remains quiet, supporting restful sleep.

The apartment includes two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker, and a living area with a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom has a hairdryer. Air conditioning is installed in each room and performs well even in summer heat.
