St Mark's Square and Basilica are 350 metres away, and the Rialto Bridge is 900 metres on foot. Water bus stops (vaporetto) for the Grand Canal are a short walk, with the Alilaguna orange line connecting directly to Marco Polo airport. For late arrivals, the airport shuttle service operates after 10 pm. A small grocery store is nearby, making self-catering practical. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, museums, and shops, while the apartment's street remains peaceful and quiet.

Each apartment is self-contained with a private entrance and includes a living area, dining space, and a well-stocked kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Bedrooms are a generous size - the 1-bedroom unit fits two, the 2-bedroom sleeps four, and the 3-bedroom accommodates up to six adults. All have comfortable beds.
