The immediate area has a mix of daytime foot traffic and some nightlife, though some may find the alleyways and adjacent streets less comfortable after dark due to the presence of homeless individuals. Overall, the location is ideal for visitors attending conferences, ballgames, or live events.

Room options include Double Rooms with two double beds and city views, Standard Rooms with one queen bed (city view or interior-facing), and suites. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs, hairdryer, and Oxygen bath amenities. Blackout curtains in Double Rooms. Connecting rooms are available for groups. The rooms are compact; bathrooms are small with limited counter space. The beds are firm and pillows are flat. Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway carries easily through walls and vents.
